So, after my last post about reducing my drinks per week, I’d love to hear what your go-to cocktail recipe is. Mine is probably a margarita with mezcal. Recipe is pretty simple: 2 oz mezcal, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz curacao. Or if I’m in a hurry, just Mezcal with a slice of orange.
I do love a good Margarita, but at home I like to drink wine (white zinfandel) and sometimes I cook with Bourbon or vodka
I don't make them...I just drink them....LOL. George makes some good ones.
